Year 3/4 Football League

We had a series of brilliant nights of school sport with our Year 3/4 football league. Played across four consecutive weeks, each team played every other team in the league twice. This enabled steady progression and growth from all teams. Every week, teams from eight schools turned out to play on the TLA astropitches. The quality of play was exceptionally good and the sportsmanship, as always, was fantastic. A special mention must go out to the Sports Leaders who helped to organise the event and ensure it ran smoothly. With light fading fast as the weeks went by, the children played their best and kept warm in the chill of the winter air.
