Year 1 & 2 Matball

One of our most favourite events for the younger years is the Yr 1/2 meatball event. This competition is always one that shows so much progress as children arrive knowing little about the sport, but leave as experienced players with great skills.

This was an exciting tournament which as ever saw fantastic progress in throwing, catching and tactical skills from the first to the last game. The first round of the event was a round robin, after which the teams played against the equivalent position in the other Pool to obtain the positions overall.

1st Lyminster, 2nd = River Beach A, 3rd = Arundel, 4th = St Catherines, 5th = WMP, 6th = St Philips, 7TH = Rustington A, 8th = Rustington B, 9th = St Marys, 10th = River Beach B & 11th = St Catherines
